Can’t join our walks in person? Come join our Quay Medical Walking Challenge!

Are you interested in getting in your steps but find it hard to fully commit to an in-person activity? Then this challenge is perfect for you!
The thing is, while it is important to exercise for a specified block of time, ideally 30 minutes a day, 5 times a week, some people find it difficult to keep this up.
But walking every day doesn’t have to be structured exercise; it can simply be MOVING as much as you can throughout the day. Taking the stairs instead of an elevator, walking while on a phone call, and walking to nearby places instead of driving are all good ways to get your steps in.
